Designing with Sustainability
We are establishing goals and hitting our sustainability milestones.
With our future in mind, we aim to lessen our carbon footprint year over year.
With our Looping Program, think milkman meets cannabis, we will install an interactive washing stations our retail sales area where the spent glass jars will be deposited and washed while the customer watches.
We will be using ocean bound plastic collected off beaches in the Yucatan peninsula as inputs to our injection molding for child resistant lids to be used in the Looping Program.
We will be using biodegradable paper packaging were applicable. This required a complete overhaul of our brand to align with the sustainable materials and finishes available today.
Flexible packaging will be made using post consumer plastics, like ground pellets from spent milk cartons, that have been upcycled to give them new life.
